You do not need to choose a membership on your own. Your physician can review your goals, current needs, and desired level of support before helping you determine the most appropriate option.
All physician televisits are 45 minutes. Services, testing, treatments, prescriptions, and care recommendations are provided only when clinically appropriate.
Concierge phlebotomy is delivered through in-home partners and may vary by location. Biometric analysis is included when concierge phlebotomy is used.
Prescription call-ins apply to eligible non-controlled retail medications. Controlled medications and certain clinical requests may require an appointment or additional evaluation.
Membership billing terms, cancellation policies, travel fees, and geographic availability should be reviewed before enrollment.
