Book a ConsultationWhat services do you offer?
Badillo Longevity Lab provides physician-led, proactive care focused on identifying risk early, understanding root causes, and supporting long-term health.
Areas of care include preventive medicine, hormone optimization, metabolic and weight health, cardiovascular risk reduction, gut and autoimmune concerns, fatigue, performance, recovery, and general health optimization.
How do I get started?
You may begin with an initial physician consultation or comprehensive blood work.
Your physician will review your health history, current concerns, lifestyle, and goals, then recommend the most appropriate next steps.
What makes your approach different?
Our approach is proactive rather than reactive. We use physician evaluation, detailed laboratory testing, and ongoing monitoring to identify potential risks early.
Care plans are based on your biology, medical history, symptoms, lifestyle, and long-term goals rather than a standard protocol.
Are appointments virtual?
Yes. Initial consultations, laboratory reviews, and follow-up appointments are completed through secure televisits.
This virtual-first model allows patients to receive physician-led care without being tied to a traditional clinic location.
Where can I complete my blood work?
Blood work may be completed through Quest Diagnostics, Labcorp, eligible in-home phlebotomy services, or other diagnostic partners based on your location and care needs.
Eligible concierge blood draws may also include biometric measurements completed during the visit.
What does the comprehensive blood panel evaluate?
Testing may evaluate metabolic health, blood sugar and insulin, cardiovascular risk, thyroid function, hormones, inflammation, vitamins, minerals, nutrient status, and other clinically relevant markers.
Your physician determines which tests are appropriate for you. Not every patient requires every marker.
Explore Comprehensive TestingDoes insurance cover laboratory testing?
Many laboratory tests may be billed through insurance when completed through Quest or Labcorp, but coverage varies by plan.
Patients are encouraged to verify benefits directly with their insurance provider before testing. An insurance verification guide is available to help with this process.
Do you offer advanced testing?
Yes, when clinically appropriate. Advanced testing may include cortisol testing, gastrointestinal testing, genetics, autoimmune and allergy panels, toxin or heavy-metal testing, and in-home sleep studies.
Your physician may also recommend or coordinate whole-body MRI, Galleri® multi-cancer early detection, coronary CTA with Cleerly analysis, or other advanced diagnostics.
What treatments may be recommended?
Recommendations depend on your physician evaluation, laboratory results, medical history, symptoms, and goals.
Your plan may include personalized supplementation, hormone optimization, peptide-based therapy, nutrition and lifestyle changes, prescription therapies, biologics, or additional testing when appropriate.
Do you offer hormone therapy?
Yes. Hormone evaluation and treatment may be available for men and women experiencing concerns related to menopause, perimenopause, andropause, testosterone, estrogen, progesterone, thyroid health, energy, body composition, or sexual wellness.
Treatment is recommended only when supported by physician evaluation and appropriate clinical findings.
Do you offer peptide therapy?
Yes. Peptide-based therapy may be considered as one part of a broader physician-directed care plan.
Recommendations are personalized based on your health history, goals, laboratory findings, clinical needs, and ongoing monitoring.
Explore the Peptide GuideDo you offer medical weight-management care?
Yes. Weight and metabolic care may include laboratory evaluation, nutrition and lifestyle guidance, personalized treatment planning, ongoing monitoring, and GLP-1–based therapies when clinically appropriate.
Do I need a membership?
Some services may be available individually. Memberships are designed for patients seeking continuity, predictable access, ongoing physician oversight, and a more streamlined care experience.
Benefits vary by tier and may include physician televisits, personalized plan updates, messaging, concierge blood draws, biometric analysis, discounts, and additional care support.
Compare Membership OptionsWhat is included with a membership physician visit?
Membership physician televisits are 45 minutes and include a written personalized plan.
The number of visits, plan updates, blood draws, messaging access, discounts, and additional benefits depends on the membership tier.
Where are you licensed to provide care?
Badillo Longevity Lab currently provides physician-led care to eligible patients in Illinois, Indiana, and Florida.
Testing, prescriptions, treatments, and in-home services may vary based on location, physician licensure, clinical appropriateness, and applicable regulations.
How do I know which service or membership is right for me?
You do not need to select a treatment or membership before your first appointment.
Begin with a consultation or comprehensive blood work, and your physician will help determine the most appropriate evaluation, care plan, and level of ongoing support.
